Unijunction Transistor

The UJT trainer is used to plot the V-I characteristics of a unijunction transistor and to use it as a relaxation oscillator. It has two 0-30 V DC, 50 mA continuously variable regulated supplies and two 65 mm rectangular-dial meters: a 0-30 V DC voltmeter and a 0-5 mA DC ammeter (SKU JA-AET-1465).
