The diode and zener diode training board is used to plot the forward and reverse bias characteristics of a germanium semiconductor diode and the forward and reverse (breakdown) characteristics of a zener diode. It has a 0-10 V DC continuously variable regulated supply, a 3½ digit digital voltmeter and current meter, and both diodes mounted behind the panel (SKU JA-AET-1457).
