The UJT relaxation oscillator trainer is a power electronics board for studying the uni-junction transistor (UJT 2N2646) and its use as a trigger circuit for SCRs. It includes an isolation transformer, a regulated 20 V DC supply, a zener regulator, a 1:1:1 pulse transformer and switched resistance and capacitance values, so students can vary the oscillator and watch the trigger pulses on an oscilloscope. It runs on 230 V AC mains (SKU JA-PET-1414).
