This board demonstrates an LDR triggered SCR circuit, in which a light-dependent resistor mounted on the panel fires the SCR. A 6 V AC, 2 A supply is internally connected to the SCR, and two potentiometers set the light intensity and the trigger sensitivity. It is a single-experiment power electronics trainer for science and engineering practicals (SKU JA-PET-1426).
