The Sterility Test Unit (SKU JA-SI-6537) is a manifold membrane filtration system for sterility testing where the membrane is taken out of the holder afterwards and incubated in culture media. Stainless steel holders for 47 mm membrane filters sit on a manifold, joined to flushing-tube outlets by silicone tubing and glass stopcocks. Each holder has a filtration area of 12.5 sq cm and holds 250 ml.
