Triac Characteristics Apparatus

The Triac Characteristics Apparatus (SKU JA-SCD-1097) is used to study the main-terminal (MT) characteristics of a Triac when a gate signal is applied. One Triac is mounted on the panel. A 0-25 V DC, 100 mA supply for the main terminals and a 0-5 V DC, 200 mA supply for the gate are built in, three round meters give the readings, and all connections are brought out to terminals.
