Transistor Characteristics Apparatus

The Transistor Characteristics Apparatus (SKU JA-SCD-1079) is used to plot the input and output characteristics of PNP and NPN transistors, in both common base and common emitter modes. One PNP and one NPN transistor are mounted behind the panel. Two regulated DC supplies, 0-10 V at 500 mA or 50 mA and 0-1 V at 30 mA, provide the bias, and four round meters read the voltages and currents.
