Semiconductor Diode

The semiconductor diode trainer is used to plot the forward and reverse bias characteristics of germanium and silicon diodes and to determine the static and dynamic resistance of a forward-biased P-N junction. A 0-10 V DC regulated supply with coarse and fine controls, a 3½ digit digital voltmeter and a 3½ digit digital current meter are built in (SKU JA-AET-1464).
