The Precision EDM Machine (SKU JA-CTM-9078) is a precision EDM machine that removes metal with electrical discharges, or sparks, to drill holes and obtain the desired shape; reverse sparking is also possible. It uses ball screws on the X and Y axes, LM guideways on Z, a DC stepper motor with belt drive and a special circuit for deep drilling, with a current booster for faster drilling. Toolrooms and engineering colleges use it for small-hole EDM work and non-conventional machining practicals. It is supplied by JaincoLab.
