Organic Impurities Test Set

The organic impurities test set is used to check fine aggregates for organic compounds. The sample is shaken in a graduated test bottle with a 3% sodium hydroxide solution and left to stand for 24 hours, and the colour of the liquid above it is compared with a five-colour reference chart: a liquid darker than the standard colour means organic compounds may be present and further testing is needed (SKU JA-CL-8854).
