Fluid Properties Apparatus
Product Code : JA-FMAHLE-9942
The fluid properties apparatus (SKU JA-FMAHLE-9942) introduces students to the basic properties of fluids: density and relative density, capillarity between flat plates and in tubes, viscosity, atmospheric pressure and buoyancy. All components are stored on a PVC support frame, with the hydrometer jars and viscometer tubes clipped to the stand. It is supplied by JaincoLab for fluid mechanics and physics practicals in engineering colleges and polytechnics.
Specifications
The fluid properties apparatus includes two 40 mm falling sphere viscometer tubes, two 50 x 450 mm hydrometer jars, a 50 ml density bottle, a dual-scale lever balance, a -10 to 50 °C thermometer, a 910 to 1060 mbar aneroid barometer and six capillary tubes of 0.4 to 2.2 mm bore.
