The Environmental Chamber (Cooled Humidity Chamber), SKU JA-SI-6498, holds samples at a set temperature and humidity for quality control testing. A microprocessor-based PID indicator-controller keeps the temperature anywhere from 5 C to 60 C to +/-1 C, and a hermetically sealed compressor allows settings below room temperature. Humidity is raised by steam injection and held by a digital controller from ambient up to 95% RH, +/-3%. The chamber runs on 220/230 V AC, stands on castor wheels, and its double-walled door has a transparent viewing window.
