The Demountable Mechanical Strain Gauge (SKU JA-CT-9900) measures surface strain between reference pins fixed to a concrete or loaded structural member. Its demountable measuring head is portable and suits use under adverse site conditions, and a reference test bar is incorporated for checking. It is designed for gauge lengths of 100, 150 or 200 mm between the reference pins and is supplied with either a 0.002 x 5 mm dial gauge or a 0.001 x 25 mm digital dial gauge, complete in a case. It is supplied by JaincoLab for structural and concrete laboratories.
