The Sliding Microtome (SKU JA-M-2332) is a sturdy Jung type microtome in which the knife slides across the block along a track, for sections of paraffin and celloidin embedded material or of specimens in their natural form. This sliding microtome cuts sections up to 40 microns in steps of 2 microns, on a 27 cm sliding track with 25 mm total feed and a 31 x 26 mm object stage.
