The Rheostat Bank Single Phase (SKU JA-SI-8150) is a variable resistive load rated 250 V AC, 50 Hz, for current control in electrical laboratories and workshops. Nickel-copper or nickel-chrome windings on porcelain tubes end in inverted screw terminals, and all the resistances sit in a sheet metal box on an angle-iron frame, covered with perforated sheet and ventilated on all sides.
