Handy Digital IC and Memory Tester

The Handy Digital IC and Memory Tester (SKU JA-DMI-1032) supplied by JaincoLab checks digital ICs before they are put into a circuit. Most digital circuits use 74 series TTL, 40 and 45 series CMOS or 41 and 44 series DRAM devices, and the tester covers all three families. The IC is placed in a 24-pin ZIF socket, the tester searches for the device in under 0.8 second on average, and the result is shown on a 16x1 LCD with a guided menu.
