The Plant Growth Chamber (SKU JA-SI-6499) is used to run plant growth experiments under controlled temperature, humidity and light. Temperature is held from 5 C to 50 C, +/-2 C, with insulated heating elements and a sealed compressor. An immersion heater and humidistat keep humidity from ambient to 95% RH, +/-3%, and the inner lighting cycles on a 0-24 hour timer with adjustable intensity. Behind the outer door is a full-view clear acrylic inspection door, and the three perforated shelves are adjustable.
