The Kjeldahl Digestion and Distillation Unit (SKU JA-ELA-5507) is an electrically heated apparatus made by JaincoLab for the Kjeldahl determination of nitrogen and protein. A single mild steel tubular stand carries two heating shelves, one above the other: the digestion part, where samples are digested in Kjeldahl flasks under a glass fume duct, and the distillation part, with its own heater box and a brass condenser rack. It is supplied with glass parts for 3 tests or 6 tests.
