The Flow Table (SKU JA-M-8902) measures the workability of fresh concrete by the flow test. A conical mould is filled and lifted off, and the table is then raised and dropped 12.5 mm repeatedly by a ground and hardened steel cam, so the concrete spreads; the increase in diameter gives the flow. The flow table for concrete is worked by a hand wheel or, in the electrically operated version, by a motor through a reduction gear at about 100 rpm. It is made by JaincoLab.
Specifications
The table top is 76.2 cm (30 in) in diameter with integral cast ribs, and each cam cycle drops it 12.5 mm; the motorised version runs on 230 V single-phase supply.
