The Brass Ring Mould Pat Test (SKU JA-M-8899) is used to determine the soundness of hydrated lime and gypsum plasters. A pat of the material is formed in the ring on its glass plate, cured and then examined for pops, pits, cracks or distortion that show unsound material. The brass ring mould for pat test measures 100 mm in diameter and 5 mm deep with a 5° internal taper, and three sets are needed for one test. It is made by JaincoLab.
