The DSB and SSB AM transmitter trainer is used to study carrier generation, DSB and SSB AM generation and transmission, and transmitter tuned circuits. It has a 300 Hz-3.4 kHz AF generator, a 100 kHz-1 MHz RF carrier oscillator, two double balanced modulators, a 452-458 kHz ceramic band pass filter, a 455 kHz BFO and an output amplifier giving DSB at 1 MHz and SSB at 1.445 MHz to an antenna or cable (SKU JA-CT-1510).
