Distortion Factor Meter
Product Code : JA-TAMI-1017
The Distortion Factor Meter (SKU JA-TAMI-1017) measures how much unwanted distortion an amplifier adds to a signal. A pure sine wave from the built-in generator is fed to the amplifier, the amplified output is passed through the filter circuit that separates the original tone from the distortion products, and what remains is read on the meter directly as a percentage. It covers the audio range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and works from 220 V, 50 Hz mains.
