The Disc Centrifuge (SKU JA-AM-6483) is a unit for the continuous separation of emulsions with a disc stack centrifuge. An emulsion is made in a 200 litre HDPE stirred tank by a speed-controlled stirring machine with digital torque indicator and three interchangeable stirrers, then pumped by a centrifugal pump through a flow-adjusting valve into the centrifuge, whose speed is set by potentiometer up to 6480 rpm. The separated phase collects in a 14 litre tank. It is supplied by JaincoLab for chemical and process engineering laboratories.
