Condensers Allihn (product code JA-C-1597) are water-cooled bulb condensers used mainly for reflux. In an Allihn condenser the inner tube is formed into a row of bulbs, which gives a larger cooling surface than a straight tube of the same length and returns the condensed liquid to the flask. Seven sizes are listed, with 200 mm effective length and cones from B19 to B50, plus a 300 mm B24 version, for college, pharmacy and research laboratories.
