The CNC Lathe Trainer Stepper (SKU JA-CTM-9038) is a CNC lathe trainer with stepper motor axis drives for teaching CNC turning in engineering colleges, polytechnics and training institutes. It turns work up to 40 mm diameter and 250 mm length, holds it in a 100 mm hydraulic or manual chuck and runs a 2 HP AC servo spindle from 100 to 4000 rpm. A PLC-based control system with Cut Viewer operating software and a 230 V single-phase supply make it easy to install in a classroom workshop. JaincoLab manufactures it for CNC turning labs.
