The single phase series inverter trainer is a power electronics board for studying an SCR series inverter. It carries two SCRs, two 1:1 pulse transformers, a centre-tapped inductor and a potentiometer that controls the inverter frequency, together with a 12 V DC regulated supply, a bridge rectifier, logic gate ICs and two NPN transistors (SKU JA-PET-1437).
