The Parallel and Counter Flow Heat Exchanger (SKU JA-HTLE-9221) is a concentric-tube unit in which hot water flows through the inner tube and cold water flows through the outer tube over it. The direction of the cold water can be switched, so the same exchanger works in parallel flow or counter flow. This parallel and counter flow heat exchanger draws hot water from a heated recycle tank with digital temperature control through a magnetic-drive pump, and rotameters measure both flows.
