The H Parameters of PNP Transistor in Common Emitter Mode apparatus (SKU JA-SCD-1078) is used to find the h-parameters of a transistor: current gain, input impedance and output impedance. A PNP transistor is mounted on the panel with a built-in oscillator. Two DC supplies, 0-10 V at 500 mA or 50 mA and 0-1 V at 30 mA, set the bias, and four meters give the readings. The panel measures 15 x 18 x 4 inches.
