The combination surface planer and thicknesser flattens and then thicknesses timber on one machine in joinery workshops. A motor listed as 4 kW / 3 hp drives a 70 mm, three-knife cutter block at 5500 rpm; it planes up to 408 mm wide, thicknesses 3 to 225 mm stock at a 7 m/min feed, and has a 1660 x 410 mm planer table and 600 x 408 mm thicknessing table (SKU JA-WWPT-8701).
