The Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Tester (SKU JA-M-8892) evaluates the homogeneity of concrete without damaging it and is used to determine its dynamic elastic modulus. A transmitter sends an ultrasonic pulse through the member and the receiver times its arrival; the velocity then indicates the quality of the concrete. This ultrasonic pulse velocity tester reads transit times from 0.1 to 1999.9 microseconds and runs on an internal rechargeable battery. It is made by JaincoLab.
