Tissue Homogenizer

The Tissue Homogenizer (SKU JA-SI-6524) prepares even tissue suspensions for biology and biochemistry work. A stainless steel rod with Teflon turns inside a replaceable borosilicate glass grinding vessel, driven by a 1/20 HP motor at 4000 RPM with a speed regulator. The 8 mm x 325 mm rod is held in a drill chuck, and the head can be raised or lowered on its heavy cast-iron base to suit the vessel.
