Study of RAM Random Access Memory Circuit

The Study of RAM Random Access Memory Circuit apparatus (SKU JA-DEECP-1189) is used to write data into and read it back from a small read/write memory, the IC 7489, which stores 16 words of 4 bits (64 bits in all). Ten logic inputs set with SPDT switches provide the address, data and control lines, and four LEDs show the data read out. The IC is mounted inside with connections at front-panel sockets, and a 5 V DC supply is built in.
