The Rock Kit (SKU JA-GE-7440) introduces the basic rock types with 15 specimens of about 37 x 37 mm, five each of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks. Obsidian, granite, scoria, rhyolite and basalt represent igneous rocks; shale, breccia, sandstone, conglomerate and limestone the sedimentary group; and quartzite, gneiss, slate, marble and schist the metamorphic rocks. This rock kit is supplied by JaincoLab for school earth science.
