The power electronics lab is a board-level trainer with on-board DC and AC supplies, a triggering circuit with five gate outputs and PWM duty-cycle control, a firing circuit with four isolated gate outputs, and a single-phase rectifier with 0-180° firing angle control. Power devices include four 600 V, 2 A SCRs, an IGBT, a MOSFET, a UJT, a DIAC, a TRIAC and a PUT, with pulse transformers and passive components (SKU JA-BT-1494).
