Newton Weights

The Newton Weights (SKU JA-MI-4926) are slotted Newton weights in a 1:2:5 series, from 0.1 N to 200 N, for building up any load in steps of 0.1 N. All weights are slotted so that they stack on a load hanger, and each is marked with its value. The 0.1 N and 0.2 N weights are pressed steel, and all larger weights are cast iron, individually corrected to within 0.5%. They are supplied by JaincoLab for structures, strength-of-materials and mechanics laboratories.
