The Microprocessor Colony Counter (SKU JA-CC-2205) is a microcontroller-based instrument for quick counting of bacterial and mould colonies in petri dishes. Each colony is touched with the marker pen, which registers a count with an audible tone, while glare-free illumination, a Wolffhugel grid and a magnifier help viewing. This microprocessor colony counter is supplied by JaincoLab to microbiology laboratories.
Specifications
The counter takes 110 mm dishes, shows counts on a 7-segment LED readout (3, 4 or 6 digit versions, up to 999999), stores 100 result counts and gives x 1.7 surface magnification under LED illumination.
