The Digital Colony Counter (SKU JA-CC-2206) is a bench tool for counting bacterial and mould colonies in petri dishes. The dish sits on an illuminated pad and each colony is touched with the pen, which registers a count on the display with an audible tone, so no colony is missed or counted twice. This digital colony counter is supplied by JaincoLab to microbiology and teaching laboratories.
Specifications
The counter takes dishes up to 110 mm and shows counts on a 7-segment LED readout in 3, 4 or 6 digit versions (up to 999999), with LED illumination, a Wolffhugel glass grid and x 1.7 magnification.
