Hand Held Homogenizer

The Hand Held Homogenizer (SKU JA-LE-8242) is a rotor stator homogenizer that homogenizes, emulsifies, suspends and disrupts biological samples. The spinning rotor draws liquid into the generator probe and forces it out through the stator slots; repeated passes add shearing, so most samples are done in 30 seconds or less. A 130 W motor gives 8,500 to 30,000 rpm in six steps. It is supplied by JaincoLab.

The homogenizer is supplied with one 5 mm and one 7 mm generator probe; the 10 mm and 14 mm probes are extra, so list the probes and supply voltage you need, and the quotation confirms packing and lead time.
Frequently asked questions
Which probe should I use for my tube size?
The 5 and 7 mm probes suit microtubes, the 10 x 115 mm probe suits 15 and 50 ml tubes, and the 14 x 130 mm probe handles 50 ml tubes and vessels up to 250 ml.
Can the probes be sterilised?
Yes, all generator probes are stainless steel and can be autoclaved.
Can the speed be left set between samples?
Yes, a separate on/off switch lets the unit be switched off without changing the speed setting.
