The Galvanometer (SKU JL-LEP-10414) is an analog, general-purpose galvanometer that measures small electrical currents from -500 to +500 µA with 10 µA divisions and ±2.5% full-scale accuracy. The centre-zero scale of this galvanometer shows both the size and the direction of a current, which makes it the usual detector in electromagnetic induction practicals.
