Falcon Tubes (SKU JL-LE-11398, Cat. No. JSS-859/0274) are 15 ml graduated polypropylene tubes of the kind widely called falcon tubes, supplied by JaincoLab for sample handling in biology, microbiology and biotechnology laboratories. A screw cap with a gasket gives a positive, leak-proof seal, so samples can be spun, mixed or stored without spills. The tubes resist common chemicals and can be autoclaved for sterilisation or put in the freezer to store samples. Graduations on the tube let a volume be read without transferring the liquid to a measuring cylinder.
