The Digital Water Bath (SKU JL-LE-11428, Cat. No. JSS-599/050) holds samples at a steady temperature from 5 °C above ambient up to 100 °C for incubation, enzyme, food and microbiology work. Temperature and time are set and shown digitally, and a quick user calibration function lets the reading be matched to a reference thermometer. The chamber is stainless steel, in a double-skinned tank of AISI 310 steel inside an AISI 304 stainless case.
