The Density Cube Set (product code JA-DE-7309) is a density cube set of twelve 20 mm cubes, each in a different material: hardwood, softwood, brass, tin, zinc, copper, aluminium, iron, marble, granite, lead and Perspex. Because every cube has the same volume, students can compare their masses side by side and calculate density directly, which makes the idea of density concrete.
