Density Cubes for Steel (product code JA-DE-7320) are a set of five steel density cubes, each 20 mm. Steel is the most familiar engineering metal, so a steel cube is a natural reference when students compare the density of everyday materials. Steel cubes can also be picked up with a magnet, which lets one set serve both density work and simple sorting of magnetic and non-magnetic materials. Five matching cubes support repeated and averaged measurements.
