The Automatic Mounting Press (SKU JA-ME-7355), supplied by JaincoLab, mounts metallographic specimens in resin with the whole cycle of preheating, heating, pressing and cooling run by a microcomputer. Pressure, temperature and heating and cooling times are set on a large touch screen, and forced water cooling shortens the cycle. This automatic metallographic mounting press can prepare two samples at a time and takes moulds of 25, 30, 40 or 50 mm diameter.
