The Vernier Calliper (SKU JC-SL-5738) is a chrome plated steel measuring instrument for school and college physics practicals. Its double scale reads 0-15 cm to 0.1 mm on the metric side and to 0.01 inch on the inch side. A sliding jaw with a thumb wheel gives fine adjustment, and a depth gauge at the end of the beam measures the depth of holes and vessels. It is supplied in a plastic pouch.
