The JaincoLab laminated U-core and clamps (SKU JA-ETE-7706) form the common iron core on which any combination of our interchangeable coils is mounted. The U-shaped core is laminated, and the two clamps supplied with it secure the yoke across the open end or hold special pole shoes. Physics departments use it to build transformers and electromagnets for induction demonstrations in school and college classes.
