The Transformer Parts Kit (SKU SCL-PLE-12375) is a demountable transformer kit with coils of 100 to 1800 turns, a 32 x 25 mm U and I core, two multimeters and accessories for induction demonstrations. Students assemble step-up and step-down transformers on the core and compare input and output readings, while the aluminium rings, sector plates and aluminium disc extend the kit to other electromagnetic effects.
