The Ticker Timer Set (SKU JL-LEP-10211) measures and records short time intervals by marking ticks on paper tape. Running on 6 to 12V AC, the ticker timer prints a dot through a carbon paper disc at mains frequency while a trolley or falling mass pulls the tape, so the spacing of the dots shows how the motion changes.
