Test sieves (SKU JA-CADE-3347) are used to grade soil, sand, aggregate and powders by particle size in civil engineering and materials laboratories. Each sieve has a one-piece spun brass frame of 8 inch diameter without joints, with the mesh held flat, taut and uniform around the whole circumference. JaincoLab makes the sieves in all aperture sizes, with a matching lid and receiver, for colleges, polytechnics and testing laboratories.
Specifications
The test sieves have an 8 inch (about 200 mm) diameter one-piece spun brass frame with no joints, stainless steel 18/8 or phosphor bronze sieve cloth under permanent tension, and a lid and receiver; all aperture sizes are available.
