The Stroboscope (SKU JL-LE-11353, Cat. No. JSS-255/028) produces bright flashes at a set rate between 100 and 10,000 flashes per minute, shown on a four-digit LED display. Supplied by JaincoLab, it is used in physics laboratories to make rotating or vibrating objects appear to stand still, so their speed or frequency can be found from the flash rate.

Uses of the stroboscope
